RESISTANCE IS NOT FUTILE

The Indivisible movement at the national level now includes not only pressuring members of Congress (MOCs) at the local level, but also "REPLACING" MOCs through local effort. To that end, the national group has been designated a 501(c)(4) organization under the name of "The Indivisible Project." Because of this designation, the organization is able to engage in certain fundraising activities geared toward the ultimate goal of replacing MOCs who do not act for the common good of all Americans. This will have a huge impact on the number of progressive candidate victories across the nation in 2018.

Kansas Indivisible applied for and was approved as a designated organization with permission under the Project's umbrella to engage in certain fundraising initiatives and to spend those funds on certain activities. We would appreciate a one-time or recurring contribution via our secure ActBlue donation page. This is our year to make a #bluekansas that works for all of us.

Blow the Whistle on the NRA

The National Rifle Association of America may be violating the law by having status as a 501(c)(4) tax-exempt organization. It's time to blow the whistle on the organization that is at the core of war-grade weapons remaining in the hands of untrained civilians.

The Internal Revenue Service provides a method for citizens to blow the whistle on people or organizations they believe violate U.S. tax laws. Download the IRS form needed for reporting the NRA as a potential violator of U.S. tax law.
